My Little Crafter Family...

Well, here I am. I'm Jen; a stay at home mom, sewer, crocheter, crafter, and many other things. But these are the ones I will talk about most! I'm a mommy to a 6 month old girl - we'll call her K, and a girlfriend to a wonderful man named Dan. We are a very creative family. Like I said, I enjoy sewing, (Check out my etsy site http://www.etsy.com/shop/TheLittlestLadyBug?ref=si_shop !!!) crocheting, and just crafting in general. Dan enjoys building things and working with his hands. He does some awesome work like creating a display sign for my craft shows!

And K, well K likes to test out our creations... Or she is the only one around to?? Either way, we hope she develops a sense of creativity just like her parents!

So, to start of this blog, I'd like to show off some of my projects. Right now I'm in Christmas mode... I have 21 projects to make in 20 days... including sewing projects and crocheting projects. Good thing they aren't too tough. Here is the first thing that I have finished - A spongebob hat for my niece from this blog! I guess my niece is SOOOO into Spongbob right now so I thought her face would just light up upon seeing this! I have a bunch of other hats on the list of things to make: a few monster hats for some of the boys, a few owl hats, and a few sewing projects on the list: 2 neat pot holders for my parents and Dan's mom, and a BUNCH of e-reader covers... Needless to say I will be happy when Christmas is over!

Well, K is waking up from her nap - teething babies and their sleeping schedules are not fun! I hope that I can come up with some fun patterns for sewing and crocheting to share on here with all of you crafters out there! Have a great day!!
